STIMULUS - University of Cambridge students helping local schools
STIMULUS is a community service programme which gives Cambridge
University students the opportunity to work with pupils in local schools,
helping with Maths, Science, ICT or Technology lessons. STIMULUS
students work as volunteer Teaching Assistants in the classroom,
alongside the class teacher.
"It was a fantastic experience, such a good break from the lab. It was
incredibly rewarding, particularly when you manage to make Science fun for the children and they get very enthusiastic about it!"
